Access to reliable technology is essential to participating in education, professional training, and academic development.
The Harvey Foundation's Technology Access Grant addresses financial barriers to obtaining appropriate technology required for educational participation.
The grant provides need-based assistance for eligible individuals pursuing education or training.

No predetermined maximum grant amount
There is no predetermined maximum funding amount. Requests will be assessed individually based on demonstrated educational need, reasonable costs, available funding, and approval. Having no predetermined funding cap does not mean unlimited funding is guaranteed.
Funding decisions depend on demonstrated need, available resources, and approved program requirements.
Application Status

How requests are reviewed
Requests are reviewed individually by authorized program administrators. Decisions are based on the educational need described in the application, the reasonableness of the estimated costs, available funding, and approved program requirements.
